Forever Bamboo Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Even though we try our best to ship orders as soon as possible, most orders are shipped within 5 business days, though some may take up to 7 business days in rare cases.

  • We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays and are closed on most major holidays.

Shipping & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email.

  • Your order may initially display as “Label Created” or “not found” until it is scanned into the UPS system.

  • You can track your package directly at UPS.com by entering your tracking number.

  • Forever Bamboo is not responsible for late shipments and does not guarantee shipping times.

Freight Orders

  • For orders shipped via freight, you will receive the tracking number and freight company information the next business day after your order has shipped.
